Wave Therapy For ED/Pelvic Health
At Gulf Coast Urology - Clear Lake we offer the most advanced form of pulsewave therapy to help treat erectile dysfunction (ED), pelvic floor dysfunction (male and female), chronic prostatitis, and female stress incontinence and sexual issues.
Also known as Li-SWT or Low Intensity Shockwave Therapy can significantly improve erections in men with certain types of erection problems and help improve other pelvic floor problems in both men and women. This is not Gainswave radial wave therapy, we only utilize true focused low intensity shockwave therapy. While "shockwave" sounds unpleasant, this device delivers painless pulses of energy to help restore the ability to have an erection.
Utilizing the Storz Duolith SD-1, one of the most studied and proven pulsewave devices, you can see improvement after only three treatments.

This page contains a lot of information. Also, there is an overwhelming amount of misinformation out there about this type of therapy.
The best way to know if this therapy will help you is to schedule a consultation with Dr. Redrow.
He will focus on understanding your problem, and give you an honest assessment if shockwave therapy will help you.
No sales pitches or hard sells; a real expert's unbiased assessment and opinion.
Our greatest success is found in how much we improve patients lives, not in how many treatments we sell.
Why invest in true low-intensity pulsewave therapy for ED?
- It actually increases penile blood flow by creating new blood vessels
- Noticing that your erection isn't as strong as it used to be, but you don't need a medication like Viagra yet? Pulsewave can help get you back to where you were, and prevent ED from developing.
- If you do have to take Viagra then pulsewave will help the medication work better, allowing for a stronger and longer lasting erection.
- This is a regenerative therapy that addresses the cause of your erection problems, not a band aid that masks the problem.
- This is real pulsewave therapy, performed by a real Urologist. Getting your ED issues fixed is important, skip the shady strip mall clinics.

You may have heard of "Gainswave" which uses radial waves. Our device is the next generation of focused shockwave technology and has the most research demonstrating actual improvement in erections of any device on the market.
- Treatments are less than 10 minutes, there is minimal discomfort, no risk of complications
- We utilize focused shockwaves (Li-SWT) which have been shown to be effective for ED treatment, and not radial waves (Gainswave), which have been shown to not improve erections.
We have designed the most effective treatment protocol.
- Energy level, number of waves, and location of where the waves are applied have all been selected by reviewing the latest research on this topic.
- We are a real medical practice, and not the typical wellness or T clinic. We are always driven to find the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- We will not recommend wave therapy if we are not confident that it will work for you. Instead we will work to find the best possible solution for your problem.
