Self Pay Services and Pricing
Doctor Visits
New Patient Consultation - $275
- Price includes meeting with one of our Urologists and discussing diagnosis and treatment. Urinalysis and/or bladder scan are included if deemed necessary.
Follow Up Visit - $150
- Price includes meeting with one of our Urologists. Urinalysis and/or bladder scan are included if deemed necessary.
Vasectomy
No scalpel vasectomy and same day consultation - $450
- Includes free nitrous oxide sedation. Optional, but definitely helpful. Wears off completely in 20 minutes and you can still drive yourself home.
- Follow up semen analysis
- If the consultation is performed on a separate date there is an additional $275 fee for that visit. All information and most common questions are covered on our vasectomy page.
In Office Procedures
Cystoscopy - $350
Prostate Biopsy - $600 (Pathologist fee is not included, please call for most up to date pricing)
Nitrous Oxide Sedation available for a $50 fee for these procedures
In-Office Surgery
- Prices include all costs of procedure and anesthesia services.
- All follow up care within 90 days is included in this cost.
Circumcision - $3000
Revision of prior circumcision - $3000
Scrotoplasty - $2000
Labioplasty - $3000
